Seeking out a therapist can be difficult,
quickly become overwhelming, and generally
kinda sucks. You have already taken an
important step towards positive change, by
looking into who might be a good fit to
support you in your journey. I recommend
booking a free 15-minute consultation with
myself and a few others, to see who is the
best fit for you.
I support clients navigating first-hand &
vicarious trauma, stress, burnout,
depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and
relationship stressors. If you have been
through a difficult situation at work, the
daily challenges of a relationship, family
planning, pregnancy, loss, or change, you may
need someone to help you listen, learn, and
process.
I've worked for over 10 years as a registered
nurse and obtained my Registered Provisional
Psychologist in 2025. As a therapist, I
specialize in understanding the difficulties,
stressors, and experiences involved in the
perinatal and postpartum period of new
parenthood. As a medical professional, there
are moments where I have supported patients
in navigating complex challenges, but there
are also times I’ve been restricted in the
support I could provide. I became a
Registered Provisional Psychologist to expand
what I could offer to people who need to talk
or who are looking for tools to build better
lives.
Random facts about me as a precursor to if we
might get along: good food, good friends, dog
walks and getting into the nitty gritty with
individuals both in therapy and in my
personal life. Healthy habits are essential,
but life’s about balance. My goal as a
therapist is to show up for clients in a
positive, authentic, open and vulnerable way
because how could I expect you to share your
vulnerabilities with me without
this?
If you are a frontline worker, first
responder, or someone navigating the
complexities of adult life and relationships,
I would love to meet you. My practice is
informed by feminist and multicultural
perspectives, recognizing the many factors
that shape us as individuals. I proudly
affirm 2SLGBTQI+ identities, body diversity,
neurodivergence, and gender diverse
individuals.
I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,
Existential Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour
Therapy. In my couples’ work, I draw on my
training in Gottman Level
